The following may be of assistance:

This is the Flash Player community forum, not Dynamic Media Classic forum.  We can't provide assistance with Dynamic Media Classic.  See https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/dynamic-media-classic/using/intro/support.html for Dynamic Media Classic support.

As OP said, Flash Player has reached end-of-life.  Your school needs to migrate to different technology.

Adobe announced that Flash Player was being retired in 2017.  Developers had over 3 years to migrate to different technology for their site to continue to work.

Im sorry, i really dont have any idea on how this all works.

i talked to with the support system and they told me to download Dynamic and it will help me with any sites that require a flash and there wont be any problems with it.

But i'll make sure to contact support to see if they can help me or i'll just let my school know.

thank you for your help!

I think your best bet is to contact your school.  They're using technology that's now obsolete and they need to migrate their content to some other technology that doesn't require Flash Player.
