how do i play swf games

i have downloaded some swf games online and i can play them at school but i cant at home , of course the school must have the file that i am looking for , i have downloaded shockwave player and the latest version of flash player but i still cant seem to play my offline swf games i downloaded , any help will be appreciated many thanks jason

So these are local swf files? You will need to standalone player (Projector) to play these files; download it from http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html

Note that the download is the player, not an installer, so you will need to make the file association manually.
