I don't even have Abode installed, but every time I open Firefox, I get this exact pop-up.

That notification is sending you to the Flash End of Life FAQ page.

https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/end-of-life.html

Use the link on that page to unistall Flash Player.  Consult your browser's documentation about removing plugins.

Do you have Firefox configured to launch to a specific page when Firefox is opened?  If so, it's possible something on that page requires Flash Player and the page content is configured to notify the user the content requires Flash.  However, now that Flash Player has reached end-of-life, it's possible instead of prompting the user to download Flash, the prompt is redirecting to the end-of-life help page.
