How do you remove Adobe Flash Player Settings ANNOYING POPUP!?!?!?!?

These Adobe Flash Player Settings are super annoying and I don't care if they come from third party requests, THEY'RE LINKED TO ADOBE. Please give me a fix so I can remove this ANNOYING POPUP!!!

and NO I DONT WANT TO CHECK STORE ON MY COMPUTER STORAGE. Why should I? I just want to watch a STUPID VIDEO, why does it need to store SHIT on my computer?? Keep it on the Server!!
