How I can download flash player,if I using fireworks and 64-bit?

Hi folks,

I have windows7 and 64 bit and I would like to download adobe flash player and use fireworks. I have no success for last couple hours. I read all posted questions and still confused. Tell me exactly that I need to do to get this done.

    I am sorry, I mean firefox and I was working in fireworks yesterday and that's why I mix up.
