How to activate my Flash Player? Waiting for an answer...

Hello, everyone. I am a new user of adobe flash player in China. I have difficulty  in activating the product. The instruction says that the Microsoft edge already has the adobe flash player and what I only need to do is click the button" on ". I did so as it tells me, and I refreshed the website page, but nothing happened. I didn't know what to do and I really need to activate it and prepare for my final exam. Can someone offer me some advice? I would appreciate it if someone could offer me help.  Here, waiting online.
