How to apply Flash Player Updates to portable Firefox installations?

Question

Assume Adobe releases a new Flash player update.

I download this update as exe file and start it (under Win7).

Unfortunately the player locates only non-portable Firefox installation (as seen in Registry).

How can I tell the FlashPlayer update package to update the portable Firefox installation as well?

By cmdline?

Flash Player supports non-portable Firefox as it installs to a specific location, not used by Firefox portable. Firefox portable uses it's own plugin location. Internet search results show many instructions on how to make Flash Player work on portable Firefox.
