Their is 1 web site I like but their advertising is so annoying and recently they have gone to blasting loud flash player adds.

so far the only way to stop them is to reload the page causing flash on page to reset.

recently when the flash player crashed on that page i noticed all of that annoyance is gone and its back to being quiet in the house.

so on the page it says the adobe flash player plug in is crashed.

so I know now the adds are playing in the flash player.

avast would catch some of them and they were coming from places like [ hidden ] url

from what it said,

I just know now the solution would be to block that 1 web site from being able to use flash, my question is how to do this.

or at least how to make the flash player crash on that web site on purpose.

In Firefox go to Tools/Addons/Extensions and install QuickJava 2.0.4. Then enable Bookmarks Toolbar, then right-click / customize, and add a few QuickJava's buttons, specifically the JS, F, J, SL, A, I.
Then, with just one click on F button you can disable/enable Flash. If you also click on JS, it cannot run nasty scripts. If you click on A, animated images are blocked, on SL Silverlight etc.
So just before you visit such websites, just click on JS and F. When you leave, click again.
