how to bypass old Adobe account?

When I try to install Flash Player, Adobe asks for password from old account. I want to install under new account.

Not sure what you mean by old/new account. The password prompt is coming from your OS, not Flash Player. See What userid & password do I need to install Flash Player? for assistance.
