How to download Adobe Flash Player on Internet Explorer for external use?

For a website, I have to install Adobe Flash Player through Internet Explorer. However, each time I try to install it, I get a message that I do not need to because it is integrated through the browser. I need to use Chrome to access the website but I have to download flash through IE to have it work correctly with the website. Is it possible to download it even though it is integrated?
