How to get previous versions?

We use SolarWinds PatchManager to deploy our Flash Player updates. These predefined packages depend on specific versions of the updates in order to package and deploy correctly.

Right now the version of Flash 25 listed is 25.0.0.148. I need to get 25.0.0.127. How do I get to previous versions? This has been a standing issue since the updates to the distribution page.
