i did an update of flash player and it added bing i want to get rid of bing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, sounds like you downloaded Flash Player from an unofficial site. Official Flash Player installer downloadeded from adobe.com does not contain bing, or switch any browser settings. The link OP posted should help you remove bing from the browser.
