How to install emergency flash player update?

I see on Facebook that there is a critical bulletin concerning Adobe Flash Player.  I went to Adobe and search around as to this update or instructions of how to do this, i.e. - do I need to uninstall and reinstall?  Is there a separate update box to click that will do it?
