how to install flash player on android 4.4.2

Flash Player has not been supported on Android devices for over 3 years.  While we post the last version released on the archive page it's not recommended to be installed, especially newer devices and OS versions that did not exist when it was released.  There's no guarantee it will work on newer devices or Android OS versions.
