how to install flash player on windows 8.1

Hi,

Flash Player is embedded in Internet Explorer on Windows 8.1 and there is nothing to install.  Flash Player may be disabled, or ActiveX Filtering may be enabled.  Please refer to Flash Player issues on Windows 8 for assistance with enabling Flash Player or disabling ActiveX Filtering.

If you're using a different browser, please provide the browser you are using.
