Hello all,

How to install older version of Flash Player in Windows 8? and how to uninstall default Flash Player that come from IE10 in Windows 8?

Actually I want to install Adobe_Flash_Player_(IE)_v11.7.700.224.exe in Windows 8.

Is it possible to overcome this issue? If it is not, could you share me your information on this issue?

Thanks in advance.

RK.

Because Microsoft embeds Flash Player in IE 10 for Win 8, the answer would be "no".

Once you installed the "older" version, the next time you ran Windows update it would be replaced.

Even if you disabled it in Windows update, you'd soon find many sites unavailable as they update their code to require the latest version.

Thanks for immediate response.

And i have one doubt, what is the meaning of Once you installed the "older" version, in your reply if it the answer is "no". So do you ever have the experience to said it? So kindly give me your clear view to avoid my confussion on this.

Actually I have a product, it works fine only with Adobe_Flash_Player_(IE)_v11.7.700.224.exe, and my pc is Windows 8.

Thank you once again.

I've never actually removed it myself, but if you google "Remove Flash Player Windows 8" you'll find articles on howe to do it. That means it can be done (actually ANYTHING can be removed from a PC, you just have to know what to do and where), but it ISN'T recommended.

The product that only runs with 11.7 should have an update to make it compatible with the latest Flash Player. If it doesn't it's not very good or it's possibly "pirated".
