How to know if already have Flash Player

I do several surveys and in the past have had no problem viewing videos and radio sound they send. Just recently I cannot view them and the survey site advised checking whether I have Flash Player enabled in IE. I looked in "Add-Ons" in my Windows 7 IE but it is not listed there.

How do I find out whether I have already got Flash Player, whether it needs an update and how to enable it in IE.

Would be most grateful for any help in this as I cannot do my surveys and this is important addition to my pension!

Thanks ++ for this – it helped and I have now sorted the problem and the videos are working again – could not find any way of replying on the site so hope you get this.

Please go the following link, and if the Flash Player is already installed it will let you know that you have the flash player already installed on your machine:
