    uninstall-plug 10.0.45

    IN FF

Shockware Flash 10.0.45.2]   these two lnes are in the same blue bar and plug-in is active

    Shockware Flash10.0r45    ]

Hi, thanks for the info. Your Flash files for FF are correct and the SWF is correct. The Flash files are correct for IE also.

I didn't see the Shockwave Flash Object...ActiveX Control...Flash10e.ocx (vs 10.0.45.2) that should be in the IE add ons

    and Enabled.

For FF, since your Flash files are correct, then you are going to have to look at either your Anti-Virus/Spyware/Firewall

or an add on(for IE) or plug-in/extension/add on for FF. Something is conflicting and at this point it is hard to tell what.

Post back your Anti-Virus info, with version number. Also in FF are you using ad-block? Do you have any pop up blocker software installed? Any Toolbars that have an add on, etc to affect the browser?

Any add on in the FF or IE browser has an affect on the browser, good or bad.

    Thanks,

Hi, try using this link for the Settings Manager and refer to the various panels on the left:

Thank you eidmolb. I have been to this page many times and clicked each listed under the panel list.

What I see when I click is a very short white box flash, to the right in the black header that says:

Flash Player Help  " flash"  < about here.

This is consistent. Flash Player works OK, except when site requires third party OK. Can't set this, YET !

    Any insight would be appreciated,

Hi, ok. Well, let's check the Flash files and make sure they are all correct. Please post back your Vista service pack, whether it is a 64bit or 32bit OS. What version of IE do you use. When you Uninstalled Flash Player and Installed, did you

Install using IE and FF separately?

    Thanks,
