How to start background update service manually ?

flash player update works only when it starts in background update.service mode!! update from websites broken shows windows message:

GDI+ Window. spoolsv.exe - error in application -  both, close and debug option do not fix the porblem, went into the same!

how can I activate flash update.service process on way manually?

using older XP version maybe reason for this problem ..XP SP3??

some programs displays  same error message
