How to stop Flash Player (China version) collecting user information and showing ads.

After Adobe authorized its Flash Player to a Chinese comapny in Chongqing, Flash Player has a China version that can only be installed and used in Chinese mainland. In software agreement, they said they can collection user information and push ads to user's computer. 

There's a app called FlashHelperService that runned as system service, which may collection user's information and push ads on user's computer.

So how to avoid this and use offcial Flash Player in Chinese mainland? We don't have any choice but have to install it in company's computer.
