How to stop my blog and YouTube from crashing frequently ?

Hi all, I'm using the latest version of Adobe Flash player but still I'm facing some issues especially while using Mozila Firefox. The problem mainly happens when I try to visit my own blog Galaxy Reporter and also while watching YouTube videos. Sometimes even the videos won't even open up.. Google Chrome just works fine for me, but I wanna know what could be the problem in the Firefox browser. I'm using the latest version of it...and my blog doesn't have that much of heavy coding either...

Please Help guys !!

Fortunately, Firefox has great crash reporting.  They'll usually tell us exactly what's going on.

In Firefox, please do the following:

  • In the address bar, type:
    about:crashes
  • You'll see a series of links with long names of random upper-case letters and numbers
  • Click the first link
  • This tells firefox to submit the crash report
  • You'll see a window where the crash report is processing.  Just click back.  You don't need to wait for it.
  • The link will change to a lower-case series of letters and numbers, like "bp-something-something"
  • Right-click on that link, and choose Copy Link Location
  • Paste that link into a reply to this thread.
  • Repeat for the first few crashes.

After you've done that, try restarting Firefox with other Add-Ons temporarily disabled.  If it improves the situation, we know where to start looking.  I'm always interested in knowing about new third-party compatibility problems.

To do this, launch Firefox:

Click the Menu icon (3 horizontal bars on the right of the toolbar)

Click the Help icon (the ? icon in the new menu)

Restart with Add-Ons disabled

Thanks!
