how to tell version of Flash player

How can I tell which version of Flash player is in my IE browser and how can I revert to an older version. The software for my online store does not support the latest Flash player, so I will need to revert. I don't remember upgrading to the newest version, but evidently I did. I can't upload product images to my store until this problem is fixed.
