How to upgrade from flashaccess/getServerVersion/v3 to flashaccess/license/v4

HI Team,

When the request is going from the client to play the DRM enabled OTT service through "..flashaccess/getServerVersion/v3" video is not playing it showing buffering But when the request is from " "..flashaccess/getServerVersion/v4" video is playing fine. How to upgrade the PC flash player to "..flashaccess/getServerVersion/v4" from "..flashaccess/getServerVersion/v3"
