How to zoom out when in full screen? In the Flash Player and when on full screen, it is so far Zoomed in that I cant see to help myself.

How to zoom out when in full screen?  I don't know how this happened but I have never used the ZOOM in or out In the Flash Player and when on full screen, it is so far Zoomed in that I cant see to help myself. don't need to when I take it to the normal full screen. One day I clicked on it and it goes to full screen and then some, and let me tell you "Some" is putting it lightly.   All I've done is click on the full screen button on the little screen where you start us out on and in the lower right corner is the button to click on for full screen. I click and "Oh MY God" is SO FAR IN that I cant only see a piece of a corner of what's on the video. And when something passes by that corner of the video, whatever it may be is so enormously huge I can't identify what's on screen. I cant find a way out and it wont let use the contol button on my keyboard, when I do it automatically jumps back out to the small screen instantly where I started. From the small screen to THE FULL WAY TOO ZOOMED IN SCREEN. please help me find a way out of this mess.  It could be super simple and I'll apologize now if it is but I've tried 6 different methods, well there are 6 put I instantly found out that any control key methods will not work due to the flash player wont except it and thinks of that but as an escape and throws me out of full screen at lightning speed. The other 2  methods would work if I can only maneuver while in that over zoomed state in the full screen. Everything is so HUGE that they are out of reach I cant get to anything that would normally move me around. The mouse scroller doesn't work on video screens. I've tried grab and swipe but same result, nothing. Unfortunately, It has me on this enormously zoomed situation in the upper left hand side of the video. What the heck is up there in the left hand corner to help me maneuver... nothing. On the right I may, somehow, be able to get to the settings button and manually decrease the zoom. Your little window that pops up with the settings and the global settings is no help whatsoever. Please Help, I will be watching for a response, thanks a lot. ~Eric.
