I am enrolled in nfl sunday ticket. I am told I need to uninstall flash player 19.00.245 and install 18. How do I do that

I stream nfl sunday ticket and was not able to use it yesterday. I was told it is a flash player problem nd that I should uninstall 19.00.245 and install 18. How do I do this and is it the correct solution

I run windows 10 Edge

Hi veras63429990,

As of the Windows 8 release, Microsoft embeds Flash Player in IE and now in the Edge browser as well.  Since Microsoft embeds Flash Player in the browser, there is no way to install uninstall version 19 and install version 18 in Edge browser.
