I am facing Adob Flash Player error!

Hello experts!

When ever i m tring to browse some websites on different browsers i am facing a problem continuously . The error is about Flash Player browser said that adob flash player is not installed, but i have also installed it.

So i am very confused that which is the problem. Some time i think that the problem is in my browser but when i tryied other browser the problem is still remains. So then i thinks that problems is in the webpage that would i trying to open? What you people say that where is the problem becasue i am very confused So please tell me the right soultion.
