When trying to play Double Down Casino in Facebook, the game won't load and I get an error 2048 message at the bottom of the page.  How do I correct this error?  Thank you.

Try to clean your browser cache. I have had the same problem before and that fixed the problem. I also had the problem with the loading speed but everything was fixed when I cleaned the history. I really love this casino app and I can say that it is one of the best free online casinos nowdays. For those who want to know how to fix problems they should visit the support center here https://doubledowncasino1.zendesk.com/hc/en-us . I solve many of the problems from the information there. For doubledown casino codes I use this website http://www.doubledowncasinocode.com/ but there are also some other legit providers which you can use.. I hope this will help you. Just search at the support centre and try to find the answer there.

There's a list of Flash Player's runtime error codes here:

    Run-Time Errors - Adobe ActionScript® 3 (AS3) API Reference

In the case of error 2048, this is a security sandbox violation.  Content on one domain is trying to access content on a different domain in a way that isn't permitted.

This is most likely a misconfiguration on the game's servers, or less likely, a mismatch between the content cached locally on your computer and what the game server is expecting.  (Many popular web services push 10-20 daily updates to their service, so a mismatch between the game's server and cached client code from yesterday isn't totally unbelievable.)  Clearing your browser cache would eliminate this possibility.  If the problem persists, it's probably not in your sphere of control.  I'd give them a few hours to notice and fix the problem, before pursuing the issue with their support folks.

In the case of error 2032, this is a stream error.  In general, we've tried to start a transfer from the server, but it was interrupted for some indeterminate reason.  It's usually somewhere between you and the server, and most likely beyond your control.  Again, you could try clearing your cache, but it's more likely that you're talking to an overloaded server, or there's some flakiness along the route that traffic is taking between the server and your computer.

Same problem ONLY at Double Down Casino,NO PROBLEM AT ANY OTHER SITE.Also, same problem if I try to go directly to Double Down as a guest straight from my browser. This began on Friday, August 21 2015. I was using I.E.9 browser then switched to Google Chrome. Same problem with both browsers. Zendesk ( Double Down Support) has been no help at all. when using I.E.9,I received a statement from I.E.9 about (attempt to redirect me to wrong website, do not continue). HELP!
