I am in need of any and all advice.

I am trying to use Adobe Flash Player to have a video visit with my husband who i havent seen in 2 years.. So, i have to go to www.jpay.com then create account. they then have a page set up to test your camera(Video Test Page) i go through the step to test my audio and picture (i allowed the site to use camera, and mic, ext.) 

NOW THE PROBLEM i can hear myself fine great actually! 

BUT...... NO video nothing is showing but a black screen.. 

ANY IDEAS??
