I am not getting Flash distribution request approved

I applied twice for Flash player distribution, Tuesday last week and Monday this week, and now is Wednesday and no any e-mail about these. Usually answers were quite quick, same day or next but now nothing. Do I have to do something more to get approved for distributing Flash player?

Please private message me the email address used to apply for the distribution license. Please note that public email addresses (e.g. hotmail, yahoo, gmail) are not allowed. If you used one of these you'll need to resubmit the request using your organization's/company email address.

You were quite right, problem was my public e-mail address. With earlier cases they let me put my work e-mail address when I filled form but now they require log in on Adobe ID and use e-mail address from there and you can't change it on form itself. I changed my Adobe ID e-mail address, filled form again and got answer right away.
