I am tired of my Internet Crashing!!

Question

I have just purchased a new Windows 8 computer and Flashpayer has crashed like this before.  If I have more than one internet window open and switch back and forth it crashes.  I am sending in the reports but does anything get done???  Can I have one program that doesn't have bugs in it and cause me to loose all my importmant information.  I am starting to think Macs are the way of the future and Adobe just do not care!!!
