    Hi,

This appears to be your first post here, so unfortunately, we don't know what you mean by "That information you just sent was absolutely no help what so ever."

If you're attempitng to vierw a SWF file in Flash Player, download the Flash Player projector from https://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/debug_downloads.html for your operating system.

If you're attempting to install Flash Player for the browser, please go tho https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer to download and install Flash Player.  Note that all browers block Flash Player by default and notify the user to enable/allow Flash if the browser detects the content requires Flash Player. If you encounter issues enabling/allowing Flash, see https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html for help.  Addionally, note that Apple dropped support for Flash Player in Safari 14 ahead of Flash Player's end-of-life at the end of 2020.

If none of the above help (I'm taking guesses here based on your post) please provide the following:

    • Operating system, including version
    • Browser, including version
    • Detailed description of the issue you are encountered.  Steps to reproduce are always helpful.
      • Screenshots of errors returned are also very helpful
    • Link to website exhibiting the behaviour

    Thank you.
