Question

I am trying to install Flash Player. I closed Safari on my mac and clicked on the installer....

...but it quits after about 50% installing.  I followed all the instrux online and nothing changes what happens.  Please advise.

Hi lynneburton44,

I'll need to get some log files from you to troubleshoot further.  Please review the Where do I find the Flash Player installation log on the Macintosh? FAQ and provide all four files listed (install.log, FlashPlayerInstallManager.log, Adobe_ADM.log, and Adobe_GDE.log). Please read through the FAQ before doing anything. For the Adobe_ADM.log please follow the instructions to enable verbose logging before running the installer again.

I got it worked out. Somehow I managed to get directed to loading from a mac site and it worked.
