I am unable to unlock the the lock on my MAC to download the Flash update

My email is <email removed> or<email removed>.. I download the the up date for the flash player gave my ID and Apple password and the icon did a little wiggle but would not let the download continue. I then did my Adbe password and that didn't work either... Can you help me.
