I see that this question has been asked many times however, I do not see any answers that have worked for me. I am in hopes that one of you will be able to help me. I have tried for days. It was working before and suddenly stopped.

I am using Windows 10 32 bit. I have installed the latest adobe flash player version 20.0.0.306. I am trying to play Bubble Witch Saga 2 on firefox, It keeps saying; No Flash Player found. 11.0.0 version required. I have done everything listed to try to get this game and Candy Crush Saga, Farm Heroes etc. None of them workand all display same message. I even tried to install old version of 11.0.0 but that didn't work either.

My default browser is Chrome Google. I am now contacting you in hopes you can assist me with this. Thank you in advance. Cindy

Am I understanding correctly that it works fine in Chrome but not in Firefox?

In the Firefox case, are you using an ad-blocking or anti-tracking plug-in? If so, you may need to disable it for that site. Is the problem limited to just Bubble Saga, or does other Flash content work fine? (http://www.homestarrunner.com/ is my go-to simple test)
