I am using Windows 10 with Firefox and my flash player keeps crashing. I have not been able to play any of my games for four days now and I am going absolutely mad. I have done everything the troubleshooting guides have told me to do and still nothing helps. Could someone please help me?

I'm sorry you're running into problems.  Can you verify that you have the latest Flash Player and Firefox installed?

Latest Flash Player Version - 19.0.0.226

    Firefox - 41.0.2

Does this crash happen with other browsers (like MS Edge or Internet Explorer and Google Chrome)?

This is the screenshot of the little box that says what current flash player version I am using. And yes this crash also happens with other browsers although I haven't tried it with MS Edge as I am completely unfamiliar with it and have never even heard of it up until now. IE and Google Chrome consistently crash as much as my firefox does and I am unable to play any of my games on Facebook.

In Chrome, can you please navigate to "about:flash" and tell me what is listed in the Crash Reporting section?  Please go to "about:crashes" in Firefox and copy/paste the links ofI the last 5 submitted crash reports.

Im also curious, what type of system are you using (is this a Lenovo computer?)

If I had to wager a guess (which is all I can do without being able to reproduce this myself), I would suspect that you're running into a driver conflict that's causing Flash Player to crash.  This wouldn't be surprising (I've seen others report the same), especially given how early Win 10 drivers are and the lack of iteration at this point.

You might want to give Edge a try, it's pretty straight forward and you should be able to easily go through the steps to see if the Flash content crashes.
