I can no longer access goodgame empire even though I've followed all the troubleshooting steps

We can no longer access Goodgame empire - we just get a blue circle which goes round and round all the time - we're using Windows XP sp3, and flashplayer 11.7.700.225 on Google chrome. We've cleared all the cash in google chrome and have followed all the flashplayer trouble-shooting steps, but it still doesn't work - why?
