I can not get flash player to load on my computer.

I had flash player 11 on my computer, it quite working, I have tried several times to get it to load again but won't.  I am using internet explorer.  Tried everything I can think of.  Went to Mozille, it said it down loaded but it didn't.

Internet Explorer:

Firefox: you downloaded Flash Player, but did you also install it?
