Hello! I wanted to install on the laptop two programs Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Flash Player. Chose Windows 7 Professional, Browser Mozila Firefox 45.0.1,you don't Have Flash plugin installed, or your browser does not support Javascript (perhaps it is just disabled) Run the downloaded file flashplayer21_xa_install and the following message appears: "the Adobe Download Manager is not working - a problem caused to stop working of the program. Windows will close the program and if there is a known way to correct the problem, notify you of it

    Hi,

I'll need to get some log files from you to troubleshoot further.  Please upload the two log files, Adobe_ADM.log and Adobe_GDE.log saved at C:\Users\<YourUserID>\AppData\Local\Temp\Adobe_ADMLogs, to cloud.acrobat.com using the How to share a document instructions.  Alternatively you can upload them to a file sharing service of your choice that doesn't require log in to access.  Post the link to the uploaded files in your reply.
