I can not install flash player

I have windows 7 64bit

IE 8 64bit or Minfield 64bit

I trye to do everithing ,but....

Anyone can help me.

What I have instal.

1.I uninst. old version

2.Download active- X for win. from Adobe lab

3.Download plugins from same page.

4. Instal but nothing.

Help me please.
