I can not view a video

There it is written that I need the latest version of the Flash player. I downloaded and installed it. But it did not help.

I use: PC, Windows XP SP3, browsers Google Chrome ( 49.0.2623.112 m) and Mozilla Firefox (50.1.0).

I found out that this video can be viewed in Opera.

How can I fix this problem?
