I can't download the flash-player for IE

How-To Fix Adobe Flash Player Problems on Internet Explorer and Firefox - YouTube I go to watch the video about how to fix the IE flash-player. I try to go to the "get.adobe.com/flashplayer" using the IE, but it direct to "helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/flash-player-issues-windows-8.html"

OMG!!! How can I download the flashplayer for IE!!!!!!!!

If you are redirected to the Windows 8 page, that indicates that you are on Windows 8.x ?  Flash Player is integrated in IE on Windows 8; you don't need to download it manually.
