I CAN'T FIND THE FLASHPLAYER IN MY CHROME MENU TO ENABLE IT

Hi,

If you're not seeing Adobe Flash Player in chrome://plugins you most likely have a corrupt Chrome installation.  I would recommend saving all your bookmarks and completely uninstalling and re-installing Chrome.
