I can't press buttons or move the slide on the Flash player pop-up making it impossible to increase the local storage requested, making it impossible to play my game.

Did someone find something that work for this issue. I m on windows 8, chrome and can t solve it

The behavior you're describing sounds like our anti-clickjacking logic kicking in.  If there's stuff moving behind the dialog, that's probably what's happening.

It's really hard to figure out whether or not our dialog is the top-most thing, and when content is authored in a way that the dialog pops up over a video or animation, it often causes false-positives.

The easiest way to deal with this is to avoid this dialog altogether by using the Flash Player entry in your computer's Control Panel (unless you're on Chrome) to authorize the domain from the storage panel, and/or just set the default to always allow.  We blow away local storage whenever you clear your browser's cookies anyway, and private/incognito browsing mode is a better strategy for avoiding tracking tokens and leaking useful fingerprinting data.

Alternatively, sometimes the clickjacking logic will fail at a specific resolution.  You can try fiddling around with resolutions to get around it.

What I'd like to see happen, is that we just move these authorization dialogs into the browser itself, but that would require every browser to make special concessions for us, which is at best, a slow road to travel.  The native control panel is the next best alternative for everything but Chrome, which has it's own encapsulated settings accessible through the Global Settings option in the right-click menu.

Note: i've got same problem like yours. and at the final step on the tutorial, i changed the on C & F directory which is it still has a lot of space/storage and i changed it into the recomended number/size.
