I can't update the flash player because I don't remember my password. I thought I went through the process of changing my password but it still shows it as incorrect.  Please HELP

This is the operating system, not Flash Player that is prompting for the password. Please see What userid & password do I need to install Flash Player? for assistance, including links to resetting your password.
