i can't use adobe flashplayer vers. 19.0.0.185

Question

I've been installed adobe flash player vers. 19.0.0.185 but i can't use it for watch moive in ganoolmovie.com or another site for watch movie online, it said "right click for adobe flash player" or "you missing adobe flash player". but i've been installed it for many times. it's confusing because i could watch youtube video even can't watch in HD. I used opera and google chorme and both already enable adobe flash player.

Hi miae77880057,What Operating system is this on? Did you install the NPAPI plugin or the PPAPI plugin?Chrome embeds Flash Player so there is nothing to install there. If it's enabled and not working there could be an issue with the Chrome installation. You may want to try uninstalling and re-installing Chrome.Opera uses the PPAPI plugin. Please be sure you have installed the PPAPI plugin instead of the NPAPI plugin.--Maria
