i can't watch online videos or play facebook games

i'm using windows 10 and firefox browser and suddenly videos and facebook games won't work. they worked until last night, but won't work today. i tried uninstalling and reinstalling both flash player and firefox, but nothing works. the games won't load and i get error #2048 when i try the videos. please help.

It's saying that your computer can't load the video. It could be that the service provider was down, or that you couldn't establish a fast enough connection to it. Since uninstalling and reinstalling didn't fix it, it was probably an issue outside your sphere of control.

If it's still an issue, do you have the same problem in other browsers and other websites, or it specific to a single browser or content provider?
