i can use flashplayer but both second users can't. We use windows 10 and flashplayer is enabled in the settings of all users. Help please?

We've recently received a number of reports on this, and unfortunately, we cannot reproduce.  Since Microsoft embeds Flash Player in IE/Edge on Windows 10, we have escalated the issue to Microsoft.

For the user account that can view Flash, is this an Administrator or Standard user?
