i can watch and hear somethings, others I can not

I already had a hell of time uploading the new flashplayer.  when I tried to get youtube to play it told me to download the new flashplayer and I did (took forever)  it would let me on facebook for a while either but now youtube and Facebook work, but I can't watch other videos and don't know why.  im bad enough as it is and really don't even know how I got half of my vids to work.  someone go get me Yoda and help me out please.  Im pissed off and Adobe got me so mad I want to burn down the Alamo.

    Hi Johnny, Ok. Here is what I need. What operating system do you use, XP, Vista, etc, what browsers and versions?

    Is your system a 64bit?  What Anti-Virus Program and does it have a Firewall? If not, do you use any other Firewall other than Windows?

    Are you the Administrator?

    I use Vista, and my anit-virus is trend micro, how do I find out if I use 32 or 64
