I cannot install the

I cannot install the new adobe flashplayer.  During the installation, I get an error message telling me to close the program IDVault but there is no ID Vault program on my computer when I search for it and I cannot turn it off.

What is your operating system?  If Windows, use the Task Manager's Processes tab to find and end the program.

Thanks for your reply.  When I go to the task manager and open it up, there is no program marked IDvault to close.  I can't close it on my windows system.
