i cant get this to down load flash

i keep tring to down load adobe flash player and it keeps telling me that

im not regesitered but i did through adobe

    Hi Jeni, Take a deep breath:-)  Ok, now post back and tell me what operating system you are using, XP, Vista, Win7, etc.

    Also what browser (s) and version #'s.

    Did you run the Adobe Uninstaller from here: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html ?

    The Uninstaller needs to be used in order to remove the old versions before you try to Install the new.

    If you did that, what problem did you have? Messages? Uninstalling or Installing?
